BE BOLD. BE FEARLESS. BE MORE. RACE FOR THE CURE®

This year alone, more than 7,500 women in Virginia will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and more than 1,000 will lose their lives to the disease.

bold, fearless, more

The Komen Central Virginia Race for the Cure® is an enduring symbol of our community's fight against breast cancer. It is our largest fundraiser, raising funds that provide breast cancer screening, treatment, and breast health education to women and men in our area. The Race proceeds also allow us to fund cutting-edge breast cancer research through the Susan G. Komen® Global Research Program.

On Race morning, when you stand at the start line surrounded by a crowd of pink, you understand why we're here. You can see our mission and purpose in the faces of every survivor, co-survivor, participant, and volunteer at the Komen Central Virginia Race for the Cure. You can see what it means to be more.

Please join us on Saturday, May 12 for the 2018 Komen Central Virginia Race for the Cure. Be MORE. Be FEARLESS. Be MORE THAN PINK™.

What are you waiting for? Register TODAY! We'll see you at the Race!
