The 2019 Komen Central Virginia MORE THAN PINK Walk™ is a little over a month away! Register TODAY!
Pink has taken us a long way. In the next phase of our journey, we will be MORE THAN PINK. Here’s what that means... to get to our Bold Goal of reducing the number of breast cancer deaths in the U.S. by 50% by 2026, we will focus on our four mission pillars: Research, Care, Community, and Action.
If there were a fifth pillar, it would be our Walk participants. It would be you! Every single voice is an important part of our community.
So, with a little more than a month to go, it’s time to take action! Every participant counts. Every dollar counts. Register and tell your friends and family why you are a part of the MORE THAN PINK Walk. Tell them what a difference we have made by working together. We'll see you at the Walk on Saturday, May 11!
It's Back - the Kroger Round Up Program!
2019 Komen Central Virginia MORE THAN PINK Walk Local Presenting Sponsor, Kroger, is offering their Round Up program again this year. Through the end of April, you can make a difference when you round up
your purchase to the nearest dollar at Kroger. All proceeds from this program will be donated
to Komen Central Virginia.
Be sure to go through a checkout line with a cashier. Round Up is not available at the self-checkout kiosks. If your cashier forgets to ask if you would like to round up, please ask them to do so.
