How Will You Be MORE THAN PINK™?
Despite advances by the medical community and declining breast cancer death rates, a stubborn truth remains - more than 40,000 women and men are still dying of breast cancer every year in America. This is a number we have never been willing to accept, and one that we will change with our BOLD GOAL:
To make this bold goal a reality, we need your help.
Every action you take in support of our mission - whether it’s helping a friend recently diagnosed, running in a race, or donating to your local Susan G. Komen Affiliate - makes you MORE THAN PINK™, and helps us get closer to a world where no one dies from breast cancer.
Will you take a bold step forward and help us make history? How are you going to be MORE THAN PINK™?

Komen Central Virginia grant funding supplements the breast care services provided through the Virginia Department of Health Every Woman’s Life Program to women in the health district. Breast cancer screening and education is offered to asymptomatic, low-income, uninsured women who are not eligible to enroll in The Every Woman's Life Program.
For more information about the grant program, contact Mickey Callender at 804-365-4354 or michele.callender@vdh.virginia.gov. For more information about the Chickahominy Health District, click here.
