Help Us Keep the Promise!
Last year, Komen Central Virginia grants totaling $587,944 funded 3,810 clinical breast exams, 1,992 mammograms, 267 diagnostics procedures, and many other treatments and services. In addition, we invested $217,568 in breast cancer research through Komen’s National Research Grant Program.
Help Us Keep the Komen Promise by making a tax-deductible gift to the 2012 Komen Central Virginia Annual Fund that will help ensure the uninsured and underinsured in our community will not go without critical breast health services. Give now.

Now Accepting College Scholarship Applications
Susan G. Komen for the Cure® is accepting applications for college scholarships through October 15. The $10,000/year scholarships are designed to aid students who would find attending college to be a significant financial burden due to the loss of a parent or guardian to breast cancer or their own breast cancer diagnosis at age 25 or younger. Let your college-bound friends and family know!
